COCOA BEANS
The cacao tree has a scientific botanical name, Theobroma cacao.
The height of the trees can reach 10-15 meters. Each tree brings 20-30 fruits per year, they are formed not only on the branches, but also on the trunk of the tree.
The length of the fruit is 15-30 centimeters, weight - 400-500 grams. The color of the fruit changes as it ripens from green to yellow, red or orange.
Each fruit contains 20 to 30 seeds arranged in five rows.
